In addition, we have other approved contractual partners that fulfill service requests, or that utilize their own service professionals to supplement our network, and we share your information with them, subject to contractual confidentiality restrictions, in order to attempt to provide the services requested. We may also release information to collection and/or credit agencies for past due service professional accounts.

Consumer Request that Personal Information be Deleted
You have the right to request that Aspen Renewables delete any personal information about you that Aspen Renewables has collected. Please note that you may only make a personal information request twice in a 12-month period, Aspen Renewables may need personal information from you to verify your identify in order to process the request, and Aspen Renewables will respond to you within 45 days of receiving your request.
Anti-Discrimination
Aspen Renewables will not discriminate against you because you exercised your rights under California Civil Code section 1798.100, et seq., including, but not limited to, by:
Denying goods or services to you.
Charging you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through the use of discounts or other benefits or imposing penalties.
Providing a different level or quality of goods or services to you.

Do Not Call Policy
Aspen Renewables takes its responsibilities about customer information and customer service very seriously. In support of this commitment, Aspen Renewables has adopted the following Do Not Call Policy.
No employee or agent of Aspen Renewables shall engage in telemarketing practices that violate the terms of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991, the FTC Telephone Sales Rule, or state law or regulation.
Aspen Renewables maintains a record of the name and telephone number for consumers who do not wish to be called. If you don’t want to receive sales calls from Aspen Renewables, just ask us to place your name on our Do Not Call List. We will note your request immediately, and will remove your information from active lists within 30 days.
